In the midst of the 1999 Balkans wars, Mickey, a former London resident with a secret past, moonlights as an Elvis Presley impersonator. When his backstage antics spiral out of control, Mickey dons his Elvis persona and flees into the war-torn zone, where he stumbles upon a group of refugee children caught in the crossfire.
