A man's wife, Isabella, goes missing from a car park in southern England, and her husband, Ronny, becomes consumed by finding her. A year later, Ronny still lives alone, obsessed with the case. He takes a job at the same car park, watching a nostalgic reel of 16mm film every night, replaying memories of Isabella.
