Two couples, Lisa and David, and Debra and Tony, wake up in a dark room with no memory of how they got there. They are handcuffed to operating tables and surrounded by strange equipment. As they try to make sense of their situation, they realize that something is very wrong. The men are struggling to maintain their sanity, and the women are trying to comfort them.
