In 2003, international weapons inspector Ted Keller uncovers a biological agent of suspicious origin in Iraq, putting his life at risk. He meets beautiful Congressional aid Ileana Popescu, who is also in danger, and together they must question everything while fighting to stay alive and avoid being silenced.
