Jai falls deeply in love with Neha at first sight, but his attempts to win her over are unsuccessful. After a failed suicide attempt, Neha begins to develop feelings for Jai. However, Jai soon discovers that Neha is the daughter of a criminal who owes a large sum to an underworld don. To help Neha, Jai decides to rob a bank, but his plan is foiled when he's caught by a computer hacker, Vikram. Neha turns against Jai and sides with Vikram, leading Jai to be pursued by both the police and the underworld don. In the end, Jai is forced to kill Neha and capture Vikram, using the remaining money to fund charity.
