Elise MacReynolds, a Christmas skeptic, reluctantly takes over her family's tree farm after losing her job and her dad's leg injury. However, the new owner, Brook Glen CEO Gary Dixon, has other plans and wants to shut down the lot. Despite their disagreements, Elise helps New Yorkers find their perfect tree, including a young boy, an expectant couple, and a professional basketball team. As she works, Elise develops a romance with a repeat customer, Darren. But when Gary convinces the NYFD to impound the trees, Elise must find a way to save the family business before Christmas Eve.
