In 2003, astronaut Eli Cologne embarked on a secret mission to Mars, but a horrifying discovery led to his transformation into a savage monster with an insatiable thirst for human flesh. The spacecraft crashed in Louisiana during Hurricane Katrina, and Eli has been terrorizing the swamps for years. When Dr. Martine Munro, Eli's secret lover and the mission's leader, receives a signal from the lost spacecraft, she and a team of bumbling scientists head to the town of Black Bayou to find Eli. However, small town sheriff Dick Ruffman must race against time to stop Eli before he kills again in this satirical take on low-budget 1970s drive-in creature features.
