Fort Algiers

A rebellious tribal leader in northwest Africa ignites a revolutionary fervor against the oppressive authorities.

A North African leader, Amir, organizes an attack on Fort Algiers to unite local tribes against French colonial rule. After taking the fort, Amir orders his men to kill French Foreign Legion troops and maintain secrecy. Meanwhile, French intelligence agent Yvette Del Mar is sent to pose as a nightclub singer to extract information from Amir. However, her former boyfriend, Jeff Brown, now a French Foreign Legion volunteer, becomes suspicious of her intentions and a romantic rivalry develops between him and Amir. When a French spy is discovered and killed, Jeff is asked to replace him, unaware that Yvette is snooping around the Amir's palace as his guest. After being unmasked and captured, Jeff must enter the palace to rescue Yvette and prevent the imminent Arab attack on French oil fields.
