The film follows Matt Stevens, a high school student who wields significant power, extorting money from his peers, sharing test answers, and manipulating elections to secure the student presidency. Despite his influential position, Matt is widely disliked by his peers. His wealthy parents, who are often absent due to their lavish travels, fail to provide him with the guidance he needs. However, when some students resist his authority and confront him at a drag race, Matt's world begins to unravel.
