In a post-apocalyptic world, Juliet, a scavenger, is driving back to her group of 39 survivors when a photo of a man named Jack blows out of her windshield and into her hands. As she tries to hold onto it, she loses control of the jeep and crashes, breaking her leg. She is left trapped and injured, with a creature hunting her down. As she waits for her group to rescue her in the morning, Juliet's thoughts turn to her life before the apocalypse and she must use her wits to defend herself against the predator.
