In the picturesque town of Perugia, a series of brutal murders takes place, with the only clue being a distinctive red and black scarf worn by the killer. As American exchange student Jane and her friends take a break from their studies to relax at a villa in the countryside, they become the target of the murderer's deadly obsession, leaving a trail of victims in their wake.
