In Brickton, New Jersey, a talented singer named Chloe Bose dreams of leaving her part-time job at a gift shop to star in a Broadway musical. She meets Jason Murphy, a jingle writer, on Holiday Lane, where they team up to revive the neighborhood's Christmas concert under the guidance of property owner Miss Cora.
