In 1950s Rio de Janeiro, two sisters, Eurídice and Guida, long to break free from their restrictive upbringing. Eurídice aspires to be a celebrated pianist, while Guida yearns for love. When fate tears them apart, they forge their own paths, never losing hope of reuniting.
