Irene O'Dare is sent on an errand to the wealthy Mrs. Vincent's home, where she meets Don, a friend of Mrs. Vincent's son Bob. Don invests in Bob's dress shop, "Madame Lucy", to give Irene a job as a model. She's a success, and Bob becomes attracted to her.
