The film tells the story of King Zhou's reign, marked by darkness and terror, as his concubine Daji unleashes her monstrous tails on an unsuspecting official. Meanwhile, a group of warriors within a metal wagon devise a plan to free the Invisible People and their Chief, but their efforts are soon aided by the wise and powerful Jiang Ziya, who reveals the shocking truth about King Zhou's descent into darkness.
