The Cleaver family, a quintessential American family, lives in Ohio. Father Ward, mother June, and their two sons, Wally and Theodore ("Beaver"),navigate everyday challenges. Beaver longs for a new bike and tries out for the school football team to impress his father, but ultimately faces embarrassment. Meanwhile, Wally tries to help his friend Eddie win the heart of Karen, a classmate, while dealing with his own feelings for her.
