Billy Jump, a rock star, and Alexander Keaton, a corporate lackey, die in bizarre accidents. They're brought back to life, along with Vida, an evil mother-in-law, who want to resume their old lives. However, they face challenges as they try to pick up where they left off. Billy Jump's band members have changed, Alexander's job has been taken by a computer, and Vida's daughter-in-law is no longer weak-willed. The three stories intertwine until three action-packed climaxes, revealing surprising endings.
