In 1993, the bodies of James Connelly and Joe Gainard were discovered in Solvay, NY. Joe was initially suspected of killing James, but before he could leave the scene, he died of natural causes. The case remained unsolved, but ten years later, James's sister Michele, a journalist, returned to investigate. She found that over thirty people had disappeared since the initial incident, all of whom had been at the railroad tracks between markers 313-330.
