In a scheme to fake his own death, a criminal boss's wife orders a hit on a lookalike, but the plan is foiled when a nurse witnesses the boss's survival. To silence the witness, the boss sends his top bodyguards to kill her, leading to a violent confrontation between the two loyal henchmen, one of whom is driven to protect the nurse, who happens to be his former love.
