In the small town of Bombay, Vijay, a young man from a wealthy family, leaves his uncle's home to become the Police Commissioner. His friend Raj, who married Shanti, and Raj's brother Sanjay, also move to Bombay, where they are reunited with Vijay. Sanjay falls in love with Jenny, but their marriage is thwarted by Mahesh, who wants to marry her at any cost.
