In the Pacific Northwest, the salmon's annual return ensures the local Native American tribe's food supply for the year. However, a new threat emerges when Banning sets up a cannery on the river, aiming to harvest the fish for profit. The Canadian cannery on the other side of the river depletes the fish stock, leaving the tribe with none. Banning's ruthless ambition drives him to plan the destruction of the Canadian cannery and frame Chief Nagora for the crime. But Indian Agent Roy, aided by his blood brother Dakota, is determined to uncover the truth and bring the real culprits to justice.
