A former rodeo star returns to his family ranch after his father's passing, but instead of taking over, he becomes a ranch hand. He's fixated on taming a wild horse known as the White Outlaw, which leads a herd of untamed horses. However, the foreman, Christine, discovers his true identity and learns of his plan to sell the ranch once he's captured the horse. She decides to thwart his plans by releasing the horse, which he had just caught.
