Bedford and Sullivan, a former musical duo, are reuniting for a televised Christmas special after a decade-long rift. Talent manager Dianne Carter assigns Quinn Allen, Mike's estranged daughter, to help with the production. Quinn is reluctant but agrees to help, despite her complicated history with her father. As they work together, Quinn reconnects with her father and his estranged partner Steve, and their children Jason and Quinn start to develop feelings for each other. However, their relationship is threatened by the tensions surrounding the show and the painful memories associated with their parents' past.
