A group of people embark on a film shoot in Northern California, but their project takes a bizarre turn when a shooting star hits Ron Jeremy, causing his penis to become possessed by an alien. As the group tries to understand the possessed penis's behavior, they notice it becomes vulnerable after climax, when it's limp and weak. They devise a plan to capture and circumcise the alien-infested penis using a neuro-tactile simulator and an ax.
