In this film, a moral crusader's efforts to shut down a local strip club leave a group of women out of work. The women, Allison, Bobbie, Trixie, and Fern, decide to start a new business, delivering pizzas. Despite the pizza business struggling, the delivery girls become a huge success after one of them accidentally flashes her top to a customer, sparking an idea to turn their delivery service into a stripping business, "Penelope's Party Favors".
