Porky, the engineer of a struggling train, faces a series of comedic misadventures before a new, high-tech train, the Silver Fish, threatens to replace him. Enraged, Porky is challenged to a race by the Silver Fish's engineer, but ultimately emerges victorious with the help of an unexpected ally - an angry bull.
