A group of doctors embark on a camping trip, where they socialize and discuss medical malpractices and unethical surgeries, unaware of a stalker who has been listening in. As they settle in, they discover their boots are stolen and a deer carcass with a snake is left as a symbol of the medical profession. The stalker, revealed to be an ex-army person, begins to taunt the doctors, leaving behind military medical records and a message criticizing their callous attitudes. As the doctors realize they are being hunted, Harry, a war veteran himself, takes it upon himself to protect his colleagues from the madman's plans to degrade and kill them.
