Two men, Suk-won and Dae-shik, form an unlikely bond as they travel across the country together. Suk-won, a former trader, has lost everything, including his wife, and is now homeless. Dae-shik, a homeless loner, takes Suk-won under his wing and the two form a strong connection. Along the way, they meet Il-joo, a free-spirited hooker who falls for Dae-shik's charms.
