Santa's elves, fed up with the spoiled and entitled behavior of children, go on strike. In desperation, Santa recruits six rebellious teens from the mall to help. Despite their initial reluctance, the teens are tasked with watching "naughty or nice" videos and voting on the behavior of children. However, things take a turn when they are forced to confront their own misdeeds and vote on their own behavior, leading one teen to take drastic measures to try and change his fate.

Teenagers from diverse cliques must collaborate to salvage Christmas when Santa's elves stage a strike in protest of their selfish and spoiled behavior.
