Happy Singh, a compassionate but accident-prone villager, is sent to Australia to counsel underworld don Lakhanpal Singh, but due to a mix-up, he ends up in Egypt where he meets Sonia, a criminologist who wants to kill criminals. After finding Lakhanpal in Australia, Happy befriends a boutique owner and lives in her house. When Lakhanpal is attacked, Happy rescues him and gets him hospitalized, leading to a transformation where Lakhanpal asks Happy to be his Don.
