Inspired by the bravery of an Ethiopian warrior named Draba, Spartacus leads a slave uprising that challenges Rome's authority. As he gains support from the Roman Senate, he also earns the wrath of Marcus Lucinius Crassus, who sees it as a personal challenge to crush the rebellion.
