In 1986, Eddie is released from prison and reunites with his gang, including his brother Harold, friend Dallas, and girlfriend Lisa. They plan to escape to a beach paradise using money from a job that landed Eddie in jail. However, Dallas has spent the money, and they must pull off a series of jobs to earn their getaway. As they lay low in a new town, they face obstacles from Sheriff Porter and must navigate their relationships and Harold's unintentional mishaps to achieve their goal.
