Dev, an aspiring film director, teams up with superstar Raj Chopra to produce a movie. Ragni, Dev's friend, accidentally auditions for the lead role and becomes the film's lead actress. Meanwhile, Raj is more interested in wooing Ragni than focusing on the film's production. The story takes a turn when the police arrest the entire crew, and Raj calls on Arru Bhai, a powerful mobster, to help them.
