Willie Leyland, a spendthrift, returns to his family home in London penniless. Despite his father's disapproval, Willie convinces him to let him stay. Willie then charms Dorothy Hope, whose father is a linoleum mogul, and disrupts her engagement to a Russian aristocrat.
