A cat, desperate for food, stumbles upon a sign that reads "Ma's Place/Home Cooking/3 Miles" and rushes to the town without noticing the ominous "Ghost Town / Population 100 Ghosts" sign. Unbeknownst to the cat, a vengeful ghost mouse, who had been tormented by felines in life, sees an opportunity to exact revenge on the unsuspecting kitty.
