Foreign spies and the government try to steal his inventions, while his former partner, Dr. Fred Mallory, tries to stop him. After his wife's death, Zorka becomes vengeful and decides to use his inventions to become world dictator, but his plans are repeatedly foiled by his incompetent assistant Monk.
