In a post-apocalyptic world 300 years in the future, Garrett Brown awakens with his memories slowly returning due to a blue liquid provided by human clones who survived a nuclear disaster. As he recalls his past, he remembers being a government agent investigating an alien terrorist plot led by Reverend Jeremiah C. Hope.
