In a quirky trailer park, a struggling romance novelist named Gary is plagued by insomnia and terrifying visions. His girlfriend is mysteriously attacked while asleep, and Gary becomes convinced that a monster is lurking in the shadows. As the residents of the trailer park begin to die in their sleep, Gary's friends dismiss his claims as the result of a sleep-deprived mind. But as the bodies pile up, Gary's fear of sleep grows, and he must confront the dark forces that threaten to destroy his life.
