Four college friends, reluctant to leave their carefree days behind, are about to graduate. They share a house with Sylvia, a charismatic and promiscuous woman who has slept with all of them. Meanwhile, Professor Heigner, a eccentric academic, is obsessed with studying the mating habits of mosquitoes in his home laboratory. His assistant, Arnold, is smitten with Sylvia and is willing to do whatever it takes to be with her. The friends concoct a plan to use Arnold's devotion to their advantage, proposing a research grant in Professor Heigner's name that would ensure their access to funding and a steady supply of willing co-eds for their own sexual experimentation.
