In April 1943, 650 Jewish rebels, armed and determined, led a courageous uprising against a 3,000-strong Nazi force, with only a few survivors remaining. Amidst the chaos, a Jewish smuggler, Dolek Berson, played by Tom Conti, joins the resistance movement, receiving crucial aid from Regina Kowalski, a former teacher, who risks her life to help on the Aryan side of the wall.
