A hitman named Raven mistakenly believes he's killed a ordinary person, only to find himself hunted by the authorities after discovering his target was a senator. As he evades capture, he takes a woman named Anne hostage, but eventually releases her. Despite this, she becomes enthralled by him, much to the dismay of her boyfriend, who is secretly tracking Raven. Meanwhile, Raven attempts to uncover the identity of the person who set him up and their motivations.
