Titoudao is a biographical drama that tells the inspiring story of Oon Ah Chiam, a Chinese Opera star who rose to fame from humble beginnings. Born into a poor family, Ah Chiam had to overcome many challenges to prove herself and earn a place within her family. With determination and hard work, she became the top star of the Sin Sai Hong wayang troupe, overcoming obstacles such as a lecherous trainer and a rival performer. Along the way, Ah Chiam must also navigate romantic relationships with the troupe master's son and a pushcart hawker.
