The Jönsson gang's initial burglary goes awry, and their leader, Sickan, is arrested. After his release from jail, Sickan is recruited by a mysterious banker to steal the renowned Bedford Diamonds in Switzerland. However, he is betrayed and almost caught. Upon returning to Sweden, Sickan seeks revenge against those who wronged him, fueled by a mix of physical and psychological motives.
