The quirky residents of Penguin Village embark on wacky escapades led by the well-meaning but hapless inventor Senbei Norimaki and his extraordinary, yet innocent, robotic daughter Arale, a one-of-a-kind superhero.
An eccentric inventor creates a robot child, Arale, which unexpectedly gains superpowers and causes chaos due to its innocent nature. Arale, the inventor, and the town's eccentric residents, including talking landmarks and an alien invasion, employ absurd methods to achieve their objectives.
