A hairstylist with a talent for cutting and a mysterious affliction of memory loss becomes embroiled in a high-stakes conflict between three powerful groups as he struggles to recover his forgotten past.

Wu Liuqi, a seemingly intimidating figure with telekinetic scissor skills and shape-shifting abilities, hides his lack of proficiency in his job behind a modest demeanor. Despite his failures, which stem from his normal kid persona and unsuitable heart for his line of work, Wu and his feathered friend Dai Bo set out to regain his lost memories.
