In the midst of the Gulf War, a disillusioned Marine named Tommy is sentenced to hard labor for breaking the rules. However, the FBI offers him a deal: if he returns to his hometown in Pennsylvania and helps take down a powerful Italian heroin dealer, they'll drop the charges and keep his brother and cousin out of trouble. As Tommy navigates this new assignment, he's forced to choose between his loyalty to his family and his sense of justice, all while confronting the harsh realities of life on the streets and the senseless loss of young lives.
