A father's medical expenses put his family in a financial crisis, prompting his son Vince, an electrician, to seek a lucrative opportunity. After overhearing a man discussing a get-rich-quick scheme, Vince discovers the man's instructions and cell phone, and decides to take a chance by substituting himself. He boards a train to New York, awaiting contact and unaware of the true nature of the opportunity. Eventually, Vince finds himself at a remote mansion, where a group of wealthy men engage in a deadly game of Russian roulette, with Vince being the 13th contestant.
