A woman consumed by grief and vengeance sets out on a decade-long quest to avenge the brutal slaughter of her husband and his loyal companions by a group of ruthless Mexican revolutionaries.

In a small town ravaged by the Mexican Revolution, a revolutionary leader, now a reformed priest, sees a woman seeking justice for her husband's murder. The corrupt town leader promises to help in exchange for a gold reward, while hiding the truth about the priest's whereabouts. Complications arise with the arrival of the Mexican Army, led by a brutal Colonel with a familiar face to the priest.
