In the Old West, a vampire thwarts the assassination of a cowboy, leaving the would-be killer for dead. A century later, an ancient obsidian mirror is unearthed and illegally transported to Europe. An antiques dealer, Jacob, moves to a remote farmhouse with his pregnant wife and ward, intending to sell the mirror and prevent the women from harming each other. When a group of hikers, including a beautiful ornithologist, flee to the farm after one of them is mysteriously mutilated, they find themselves in the midst of a century-old grudge between a vengeful undead cowboy and Lilith, the mother of Succubi, ruler of shadows, and consort to the devil.
