A young girl, presumed dead for seven years, is unexpectedly discovered alive, but her rescue sparks a sinister plot by a crime syndicate. Their initial demand for a massive ransom is just a distraction, as they have developed a deadly poison and are holding 500,000 Japanese citizens hostage.
